WhatsApp Business for Zid stores
The Zid connection is one click — "Connect with Zid" — in the Barqia dashboard. From then on your store's orders and abandoned carts arrive in Barqia in real time and become official WhatsApp messages with no manual work.
What syncs from Zid
Zid's webhooks push orders, abandoned carts and status changes to Barqia as they happen, so every conversation is anchored to a real order rather than an anonymous number.
Cash on delivery in particular
Cash on delivery is widespread in the Saudi market, and it is also where returns come from. One WhatsApp confirmation before you ship lets the customer confirm or cancel before you pay to ship something nobody will accept.
After the order
The customer's replies land in a shared inbox alongside their order history, and a conversation can be handed to a colleague or turned into a support ticket without the customer ever leaving WhatsApp.

Common questions
- How long does connecting take?
- The connection itself takes minutes. The longer wait is usually Meta's review of your message templates, which is Meta's process, not ours.
- Are messages sent in Arabic?
- Yes, and the platform is Arabic-first with a right-to-left interface. English is available too.
- Is my customer data isolated?
- Yes. Every account is isolated from every other at the database level, the platform is built with Saudi PDPL in mind, and it supports exporting and erasing a customer's data on request.
- Can I try before paying?
- Yes, there is a free trial with no credit card.
