Order status notifications on WhatsApp

The single most common message a store receives is: where is my order? That question does not need an employee — it needs a notification at the right time.

Every status change becomes a message

When an order's status changes in Salla or Zid, Barqia sends the notice written for that specific state — not one generic message for all of them.

You choose which states send

Not every change deserves a message. Turn on the ones your customer cares about — prepared, shipped, delivered — and silence the rest, so a useful notice does not become the noise that gets you blocked.

And the question that remains

When the customer replies to a notice, their conversation opens in the inbox with the order attached, so an agent answers from inside the same context instead of hunting for an order number.

Common questions

Can I include a tracking number?
Yes — order fields, including a tracking number when your store provides one, can be inserted into the template text.
Do these messages get charged by Meta?
Template messages fall under Meta's own pricing by category and destination country. Barqia shows you the usage; the pricing itself is Meta's, not ours.
What about a customer who does not want notices?
They can opt out, and that is honoured automatically in everything sent afterwards.
Does it work without an online store?
Yes — through the public API, for anyone connecting their own system.
