My messages are not reaching customers
Open Diagnostics in the dashboard — it shows the actual cause: an expired token, a number paused by Meta, a rejected template, a closed 24-hour window, or an exhausted quota. All of these look identical from outside (nothing sends), which is why the answer lives there rather than in trial and error.
How do I connect a WhatsApp number?
From “Connect WhatsApp” in the dashboard, via Meta's Embedded Signup. The number stays yours and registered to your business — Barqia is a Tech Provider, not the owner of your number.
How do I stop messaging a customer who asked me to?
It is automatic: any customer who writes STOP or “إيقاف” is added to the opt-out list immediately, and every send path checks it before sending. You can also opt someone out manually from the Contacts page.
How do I delete my data?
From the data deletion page, or from account settings. Deletion covers conversations, messages and media files on disk — not just database rows. Tax invoices are excluded because retaining them is a legal obligation.
When do you reply?
We review requests through support email. Describe the impact and when it happened. The AI assistant is not a substitute for a human response; no unverified response guarantee is advertised.
